It sounds so much better in your marketing to describe the “glowing, rich patina of chestnut” rather than something generic like “hardwood floors throughout.” A quick Google search will reveal dozens of companies that sell re-claimed lumber from old houses and barns, like this particular website with lots of great pictures of chestnut floors.
